Angkorworld.com and most sellers on Angkorworld.com offer returns for items within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
Items delivered from Angkorworld.com, including Angkorworld Warehouse, may be returned within 3 days after receipt of shipping in most cases. Certain goods are subject to various rules or restrictions.
When making a return, make sure you include the correct and full item. To get a refund, the right item must be returned.
Angkorworld discards incorrect/mistaken returns to safeguard our workers and consumers. If you delivered the incorrect item to Angkorworld by mistake, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Angkorworld cannot guarantee that your item will be located and returned, and there is no reimbursement for erroneous goods submitted to Angkorworld.
Seller Return Policy
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of Angkorworld.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Angkorworld.com's some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page.
Delivery with Services
- Returns or exchanges must be arranged by the seller for goods bought from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery.
- The vendor will uninstall or dismantle the item and pick it up at the scheduled return pick-up.
- All sellers who participate in the Delivery with Services program must accommodate scheduled return pickups or exchanges.
- If a seller does not provide these options, or is unresponsive to arranging a return appointment, you may contact the Angkorworld team or submit the file through an email: [email protected]
- If a Delivery with Services item is missing components or has been damaged due to customer abuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee depending on the product's condition.
Angkorworld Fresh and Grocery Items
- Not available for exchange but possible for return if any incorrect product's serious condition.
- In most cases, used or open box items purchased from Angkorworld Warehouse and shipped from Angkorworld.com can be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
- Baby items can be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
- Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
- If your return is not a result of an Angkorworld error, we won't refund the original shipping fees.
Clothing and Accessories
- You can return clothing and accessories up to 3 days after the delivery date.
Computers and Electronics
- New desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from Angkorworld.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of purchase.
- Angkorworld.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
- Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
- New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
Note: Before returning items on which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, erase this information completely.
You can return clothing and accessories up to 7 days after the delivery date.

Jewelry and Watches
- Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more could be returned.
- Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
- Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
